Full Circle was created by Kaley Bales in 2016 as part of her thesis at California College of the Arts. The short represents the combined aesthetics of The Outer Vibe and Kaley Bales, taking nostalgia from the past and mixing it with the pop of modern rock n’ roll, much like The Outer Vibe themselves.
